Dear Mr. Pantalone,

I've been looking for ways to help improve the environment in and around Toronto for a little over a year now and have come up with a few ideas in this time. However, I didn't know what to do with these ideas until only recently when i spoke with Janet McGillen of the Toronto Environmental Volunteers regarding them. I sent her an email detailing everything and she has in turn forwarded me your name along with that of the Round Table on the Environment which as I understand it, you chair -- so now I'm hoping to get a few minutes of your time to talk about how we might be able to clean up the city a bit.

I have suggestions that range from how to reduce solid waste production in the downtown core to how to generate our own energy, build revenue and reduce air pollution. I'm hoping to be able to talk to people who are actually interested in fixing the environment as opposed to just talking about it and I'm willing to take on any responsibilities that may be required to get that done.

Please give me a call or email me when you've either found the right person for me to talk to, or managed to carve out some time for me yourself.
